Shipping & Returns


All items are dispatched next days if in stock. If an item is out of stock, the product will be manufactured by the manufacturer and sent as soon as the item is available. This is usually no more than a couple of days as we have an excellent relationship with our manufacturer.

Products are sent via parcel delivery and we charge a very competitive rate for postage based on the average number cost for a given number of items. We felt this was a better way of charging for postage as it proved to be the best and most fair way of charging carriage.


Obviously, due to the nature of our products, returns are not possible and we cannot give refunds for unwanted products. No returns can be made at all for personalised products unless they are deemed to be faulty.

If you feel you have a faulty product, please provide photographic evidence of the fault and contact us for more information. We will request that you return the item to us at your cost and after investigation, we will contact you about the possibility of a replacement. We ask that any defects be reported to us within 7 days of postage to enable us to ensure that our procedures are corrected if a fault is identified.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for damage once the packaging has been removed and we are not liable for damage in transit.
